This Block of Intensive powerful workshops -
brings you in touch with each chakra colour, through which you reach an understanding of the physiology, psychology. and healing effect of colour.
We work with systematic exercises, dances as well as meditation.
Ø A course consisting of 7 evening workshops that are held every 2 weeks and have an approximate duration of 2 hours.
Ø The workshop contains systematic exercises, dances, meditation.,
Ø It is suggested to wear comfortable clothing, to bring warm socks so you can take of your shoes.
Ø A pen and paper for notes.
Ø Refreshments are offered.
We start with an Introduction Workshop,
- Red - Power,
- Orange - feeling,
- Yellow - giving and receiving
- Green - Love
- Blue - Conversation
- Indigo - Seeing
- Violet - Peace and Liberty
Every 2 weeks Wednesday starting 20.30 pm ? 11.00 pm
