Colour surrounds us everywhere, consciously or subconsciously we are always surrounded by Colour. Imagine if there is no Colour it means there is no Life.

Without Colour there is darkness. Darkness stops the process of growing, no plant, no creature can live without light. The Creation of the World is an explosion of light; light meets a surface emitting different frequencies named Colour evolving into nature.

Creativity is feeling, - a meditative act transforming your emotions into a Creation.Nature derives from the word natural; to be natural, means to be yourself it requires to relate to feelings, feelings are often clouded through the imbalance - of the Influence - of different Colour Frequencies.

Different Colour frequencies relate to different psychological and physiological aspects in both body and mind and as such supplying the body and soul with different energies. Different energies include different information - different information have different influences, different influences manipulate your strength, feelings, creativity, tasting, loving, hearing, seeing.

Different Colour - energies, are playing a big part in your daily life activating or deactivating your Health system.

The Energy of colour sends out measurable frequencies.

The frequencies of colour are not just vague ideas hanging around; colour frequency is something we feel constantly. Just think of the difference you experience while sitting in the sun, when dressed in dark coloured clothing rather than light; it is commonly known and experienced that the heat will be more absorbed by the dark coloured clothes than the light coloured ones.

Understanding and using the power of colours means becoming aware of nature's given tools.

Balancing your mental and physiological system of your body, adds and creates peace, happiness, understanding and to be understood.

Wanting to understand, leads you to the first theme of Colour.

Red : Is all about wanting, controlling, power, strength, rights, sexuality- pleasure- life giving,  depressing, suppressing. Pleasure is a life giving force. Controlling the freedom of wanting pleasure, means giving up the strength and power to obtain the right for pleasure.

Controlling rights, means controlling needs. Controlling needs creates depression, - suppressing your needs creates aggression.  Controlling - Suppressing yourself means controlling - suppressing your feelings.

Orange: Is all about feelings. Suppressing your feelings automatically suppresses your creativity and as a result you are stressed. Not being able to express your feelings makes you bloated, like a balloon which is constantly fed with more and more air, eventually this balloon will burst.

Feelings expressed lead to creativity; in creation of emotions it becomes erotic.

Yellow: The energy of giving and receiving, of letting in and out ideas, emotions, habits, things.

By giving out of  your feelings - you automatically receive already by the spirit of your happiness of giving.

Green: The center of the heart. The expression of love. The oxygen that keeps the world alive. The balance where harmony takes place.

Blue: Communication. Where everything gets more and more clear, where words and sounds are coming out of your self , expressing your innermost feeling, where your ears open to hear. Blue the Colour of conversation, absorbing and releasing sound. Vibrations of the soul.

Indigo: Third eye. Vision expands by being able to see the truth of circumstances within you and around you. No need of addictions - the ego transforms.

Violet: Meditation, strength and inspiration. Enlightenment. Becoming one with all.
